We are looking for IT Project Managers at all seniority levels - from Junior to Senior - who will serve as the backbone of our success stories. You will lead teams through complex digitalization projects, from analyzing and modernizing industrial legacy systems to implementing cutting-edge solutions. Depending on your seniority level, your responsibilities will range from closely supporting these tasks (Junior) to independently driving and optimizing them (Senior):
Successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering Sciences, or a similar field, or an equivalent education with corresponding professional experience.
3–5 years of experience is a guideline for mid-level roles, but we welcome candidates with less or more experience for junior and senior roles.
Ideally, your background includes IT project management, IT consulting, software engineering, or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.
Extensive experience in working with various project management tools and techniques, including project planning and organization, road mapping, risk management, status reporting, and financial reporting.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in delivering projects in an agile environment.
Experience in the automation of industrial plants is advantageous.
Project Management certifications are preferred.
We speak German or Polish depending on the office location, but English is our everyday business language for communicating with external partners and customers. Fluency in written and spoken English is therefore essential.
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. You also have a confident and persuasive manner, the ability to work under pressure, and the skills to work independently.
Commitment and willingness to travel occasionally for short on-site visits as required.
Excellent communication skills will enable you to work closely with different departments and stakeholders.
Ability to make effective decision-proposals and to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders.
Highly structured, customer and result-oriented approach – experienced in dealing with complex and changing requirements.
We are looking for candidates who are open to working 2-3 days per week from our offices, either in Poznań, Poland, or Mönchengladbach, Germany.
