Your tasks
- You assist in the recruiting process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience and an excellent candidate journey.
- You maintain and administer our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Personio, and manage our external presence on job boards, career pages, and other platforms.
- You support Active Sourcing activities to identify suitable candidates for our open positions.
- You assist the People & Culture Team with administrative and operational tasks (e.g., creating work confirmations, letters of reference and organizing interviews)
- You contribute to Employer Branding projects.
Requirements
- You are studying business administration, psychology, human resources management, or a related field.
- You have gained initial experience in recruiting, HR, project management, or a related field, either as an intern or a working student.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
