We are immediately looking for an engaged and motivated person for the position of Fullstack Applied AI Engineer (f/m/x).

Tasks

Responsibilities (with a focus of >80% backend and <20% frontend development):

Development of RAG Pipelines: You design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that effectively process complex technical documents.
AI Agent Implementation: You design and develop custom AI agents that automate complex workflows and provide intelligent assistance to users with domain-specific tasks.
Database Optimization: You work with PostgreSQL and implement efficient storage solutions for our RAG systems.
Research Implementation: You analyze scientific papers on AI and NLP, extract relevant techniques, and translate academic concepts into practical features for our system.
Frontend Development: You design intuitive user interfaces that make AI-powered knowledge accessible.

Requirements

Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer
Practical experience implementing RAG systems or similar generative AI analysis systems in a professional environment
Comprehensive knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
Proficient knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational database)
Familiarity with React and Python
Fluent in English
Fluent in German is a plus as most of our customers are German-speaking
