Join our dynamic team as a Working Student in Content Marketing & SEO (d|f|m)!

As an integral part of our team, you'll work closely with the CEO and bring fresh ideas to life. Your task will include:
- Strategizing with the CEO: Collaborate to create and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive results.
- Conducting SEO: Optimize SEO activities to boost our online presence and rankings.
- Conducting keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Implementing on-page SEO best practices.
- Tracking and analyzing search performance metrics.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling, engaging content for our website, LinkedIn, blog articles, and newsletter that resonates with and converts our target audience.
- Brand Visibility: Support us at exhibitions and conferences to enhance our industry presence.

Requirements

This role offers a great balance between the analytical aspects of SEO and the creative process of content creation, making it an exciting opportunity to apply both skill sets in a dynamic work environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with our diverse audience.
- Copywriting & editing skills with strong grammar and storytelling abilities to craft compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and drives action.
- (Hands-on) SEO & SEM knowledge and the ability to understand search engine algorithms and optimization techniques.
- Basic understanding of traditional businesses (craftsmen) and the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.
- Proactive mindset and creativity, with a passion for contributing ideas and exploring new marketing trends.
- Strong collaboration skills, ready to work closely with both the CEO and our cross-functional team to bring ideas to life.
