About Us: At Make Pizza Academy, we’re passionate about pizza and dedicated to sharing our love for it through engaging and hands-on cooking courses. We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales & Marketing Assistant.
Tasks
Position Overview: We need a motivated team member to manage course bookings, handle customer inquiries, assist with sales and marketing efforts, handle administrative tasks including invoicing, and utilize our CRM system for customer management. If you’re organized, personable, and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Management: Handle course bookings, schedules, and customer registrations.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive attitude.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales activities, including promoting upcoming courses and special events.
- CRM Usage: Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, manage leads, and update customer information.
- Administration: Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and maintaining accurate records.
- Organization: Maintain an organized workflow and assist with event planning and execution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Director to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
- Social Media: Take care of our social media by answering DMs and posting stories and posts.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Mother Tongue German and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Social Media skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event organization is a plus.
- Proficiency with administrative tasks, including invoicing and basic financial record-keeping is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
- A passion for food, especially pizza, is a bonus.
