As CTO/Head of Engineering, you’ll lead the development of our innovative AI-driven solutions, helping our clients automate processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and create real value.
You’ll play a dual role: both a leader guiding a growing team of talented engineers and a technical expert driving our architecture, technology, and scalability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to align engineering efforts with business goals. Qualifikation
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines technical expertise with a people-first approach. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and is excited about using technology to solve real-world problems.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Technical Depth: Expertise in software engineering, architecture, and modern technologies (e.g., cloud, APIs, AI/ML). Experience with building AI models is highly valued.
- Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, managing, and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into a clear technical roadmap and execute it effectively.
- Problem-Solver: Comfortable navigating complex challenges with creativity and focus.
- Great Communicator: Adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
