    Aufgaben

    Your role with us:

    We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven professional to help expand our e-commerce business in Italy. This role combines strategic thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution to unlock growth opportunities and drive profitability. If you excel in turning insights into action and enjoy taking ownership of impactful projects, this is the role for you. Your responsibilities will be:

    • Test New Marketing Channels: Evaluate and launch innovative marketing channels to diversify and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
    • Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns aimed at improving revenue growth and overall profitability.
    • Revenue Optimization Initiatives: Identify and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of our revenue streams and cost efficiencies.
    • Product and Inventory Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and inventory management tailored to market needs.
    • Data Analysis and Financial Modeling: Use data insights to build predictive models that support decision-making and measure the impact of business initiatives.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy for Italy.
    • Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze business metrics to identify areas for improvement and report actionable recommendations to leadership.

    Qualifikation

    Who we're looking for:

    • Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a strong foundation.
    • Experience: At least 2 years in Business Development, Data Analytics, or a related role where you’ve driven growth initiatives.
    • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional ability to analyze data, develop models, and present findings in a way that drives action.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other data tools to deliver actionable insights.
    • Growth-Oriented Mindset: A strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling challenges head-on.
    • Self-Starter and Team Player: You’re comfortable working independently but also collaborate effectively with others.
