    Tasks

    • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment in accordance with company standards and protocols.
    • Assist in the management of IT assets by keeping accurate inventory records and ensuring proper maintenance and updates are performed.
    • Collaborate with remote IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement new technologies that align with organizational goals.
    • Deliver user training and support to enhance employee proficiency in utilizing IT resources effectively.

    Requirements

    • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with end-user computers, peripherals, and software within an organization

    • Primarily focusing on hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance at the user's desk

    • Providing direct technical support to employees on a day-to-day in the office

    • Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines

    • Experience in Laptop imaging setup

    • Addressing user tickets logged by email or service desk regarding hardware, software and networking

    • Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

    • Conduct remote troubleshooting

    • Hands-on experience with Windows environments

    • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

    • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions

    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

    • Customer-oriented attitude

    • Peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
