As a (Senior) Product Manager at MARKT-PILOT you will own the product lifecycle from idea to launch and beyond. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to build and scale products that meet the needs of our business customers.
What you'll doProduct Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. Create, own, and communicate a product roadmap to stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery and launch of features. Feature Definition & Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. Manage the product backlog and guide the development process through agile methodologies. Product Development: Work with engineering teams to ensure timely execution of product features. Define clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics. Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Partner with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. Ensure smooth product launches by preparing necessary collateral and training internal teams. Customer Feedback: Engage with customers regularly, dedicating significant time to reviewing their feedback, and discussing their experiences. You'll focus on identifying the core challenges and pain points they encounter. KPIs & Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, such as user adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance. Your Skills3-5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally in a B2B environment. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle. Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies. Ability to conduct and interpret user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to understand customer and user needs and incorporate them into product development.You are a methodical and logical thinker who excels at simplifying complex concepts and articulating your ideas in a way that fosters clear, shared understanding. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with evolving priorities.
