  • Bünger & Frese is a leading distribution company of pool products to the German pool market, and we are looking for a Sales Promoter to join our sales team located in Bremen. The Sales Promote is responsible for promotion of sales, strategic business development, forecasting and field support within a designated territory. 

    This position will be part of the Bunger & Frese management team, leading a tight-knit team who tackles things together and a offers a long-term development opportunity in an international environment.

    As an ambassador of Bünger & Frese you should support various types of channel partners and will be expected to take all the necessary actions to achieve our objectives, promoting offers and products by using your strong interpersonal skills to influence and drive business through a multi-channel industry network and stores owners.

    You will be in charge of:

    • Achieving sales goals in your territory by pulling sales through our distribution partners.
    • Advising clients on product promotions, merchandising, modern marketing strategies, training, troubleshooting and repairs.
    • Support the Distributors in achieving the assigned dealer revenue goals for each territory within the allocated expense budget and prioritize business development opportunities based on Maytronics’ selection criteria.
    • Maintain and grow dealer base utilizing Maytronics Go to Market Strategy.
    • Ability to comprehend, articulate and sell advanced marketing programs to retail channel partners.
    • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the pool industry, demonstrate basic knowledge of how a pool works and how our competitors deliver their products and solutions to the market.
    • Train the store salespeople in order to improve their knowledge regarding our existing and new products, and how to effectively sell our products.
    • Support the product repair centers in the efficient processing of diagnostics and product repairs.
    • Deliver excellent customer service and build good relationships with customers.
    • Participate in trade shows and selected events related to the company's activities.



    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years B2B outside sales in either retail or distribution.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Good financial acumen focused on budgeting, cost control, sales analysis, gross profit, and revenue calculations.
    • Ability for overnight travel and a valid driver license with good driving record.
