As Finance Assistant - Working Student/Part-Time, you will support our Finance team in the completion of daily accounting tasks to help drive our business forward.
What you will do- Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis.
- Manage expenses per the outlined budget.
- Review and process credit notes.
- Issue sales invoices according to partner-specific instructions.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
- Review and process accounts payable in accordance with internal compliance policies.
- Generate weekly reports of unprocessed flagged bills and collaborate with the operations team.
- Verify and process customer refund requests.
- Communication of financial information and providing assistance upon requests from other departments.
Who you are- Studying (or previous studies) in the relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
- Very strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
