ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our student internship in the Commercial Team, you will have the opportunity to work with us on key areas and help make our marketing and sales processes more efficient and automated. Initially, your focus will be on the structured preparation and integration of CRM data. Over time, you can expand your area of responsibility based on your interests and strengths – for example, in the areas of website content, technical integrations, or marketing materials.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance and updating of our CRM system – so that marketing and sales always have access to reliable data.
- Research on target customers, such as the size of practices or clinics and relevant contacts in various markets.
- Support with maintaining our website, for example, by creating landing pages or blog posts based on a briefing.
- Building efficient data connections through automation or the implementation of standardized processes.
- Creation of clear dashboards and reports for our weekly and monthly evaluations.
- Collaboration in marketing – for example, by translating and adapting existing content and maintaining external platforms and partner sites.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- You are studying Communications, Business Administration, or a medical-technical field and have already gained some practical experience.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluent English. Additional language skills, such as in Italian, Spanish, or French, are a plus.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and drive projects forward in close coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- You have a good technical understanding and quickly and eagerly familiarize yourself with new topics.
- A plus: Experience in a start-up environment or in a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.
