As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage user acquisition across multiple performance channels, optimize and scale campaigns, and use data-driven insights to refine our strategies. You will allocate budgets, run A/B tests, and collaborate with our creative team to optimize ad performance.

Aufgaben

User Acquisition & Campaign Management: Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and web-to-app campaigns in multiple markets and languages.
Budget Allocation: Distribute spend across channels, audiences, and markets to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
Optimization & Scaling: Refine and expand existing channels, test new ones, and ensure profitable growth.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse campaign data to create actionable insights, develop hypotheses about creative performance, and collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad output and testing.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous tests on different channels and creative concepts to drive long-term performance improvements.
Funnel Optimization & Strategy: Provide feedback and insights across the user journey, including app store and landing page optimization, onboarding flows, and paywalls.

Qualifikation

4+ Years of Experience in Performance Marketing: Proven success managing campaigns across channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, etc. (experience in the mobile industry preferred).
Strong Analytical Skills & Attribution Knowledge: You love working with data sets and have deep knowledge of attribution frameworks such as SKAN or platform-specific models.
Ownership & KPI-Driven Mindset: You take full ownership of improving KPIs, thrive on A/B testing, and stay curious about industry trends.
Team Player Mentality: You communicate proactively and collaboratively, and believe that sharing both wins and failures is key to team success.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
