Job Overview:

As Senior Recruiter you will lead our talent acquisition efforts at Meisterwerk. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to help us expand our team sinigificantly. Your expertise in building robust recruitment strategies and fostering a positive candidate experience will be crucial to driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source and engage candidates through social media and other creative and innovative sourcing approaches.
• Leverage your existing network and build pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets/job categories
• Interview candidates.
• Make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Work with HR to develop and implement a recruiting strategy.
• Establish and maintain candidate profiles.
• Conduct background and reference checks for job applicants.
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
