Job Overview:

As Senior Recruiter you will lead our talent acquisition efforts at Meisterwerk. Your role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to help us expand our team sinigificantly. Your expertise in building robust recruitment strategies and fostering a positive candidate experience will be crucial to driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, source and engage candidates through social media and other creative and innovative sourcing approaches.
Leverage your existing network and build pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets/job categories
Interview candidates.
Make recommendations to hiring managers.
Work with HR to develop and implement a recruiting strategy.
Establish and maintain candidate profiles.
Conduct background and reference checks for job applicants.
Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Assist in the onboarding process and follow up with candidates and new hires.
