Applications Engineer (f/m/d)

As an application engineer at Melexis, you likely play a crucial role in building strong technical expertise on Melexis products and enabling Melexis customers to use them.

Tasks

• To develop production-level embedded SW for advanced motor control.
• To acquire system knowledge and participate in the architecture definition specification and validation of innovative hardware and software solutions, following market trends and customers' needs.
• To author application notes and system documentation.
• Be a technical contact for customers and solve technical problems at the customer site.

Requirements

• An engineering master's degree in an electronic or microelectronic field
• More than 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and embedded SW development
• Good understanding of control theory and the functions of the Integrated Circuit (IC) design at a block level
• Advanced technical expertise at the application level
• Effective communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel frequently (20%)
