Your primary responsibility will be managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including client interactions, candidate sourcing, interviews, and placement. You will utilize your skills to create effective recruitment strategies that align with client needs, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
- Conduct interviews and evaluations to identify strong candidates
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide industry insights and best practices to clients
- Communicate promptly with candidates throughout the application process
- Document recruitment activities for effective tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial
