    🧑🏻‍💻 About the role

    First things first: you want to know what you're actually applying for. It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:

    We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Customer Marketing Campaign Manager to join our growing team.  

    The primary focus of this role is to support our mission to grow revenue in existing accounts. This role will be instrumental in creating and executing customer-focused marketing campaigns to maximize the lifetime value of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer-centric marketing, a strong understanding of customer behaviour, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. 

    You will work closely with our Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to effectively plan and execute product-focused campaigns to deliver maximum impact and drive revenue and engagement goals. This role partners closely with our Product Marketing team, as well as working closely with other stakeholders within the wider marketing team. 

    ✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

    • Work with our Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 
    • Work closely with our product marketing team to absorb GTM strategies, and make recommendations regarding execution based on the needs of our customers. 
    • Maintain and execute against the campaign plan, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver activity that supports business goals.  
    • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to our customers. 
    • Develop an understanding of our customer base, to be able to make informed decisions when it comes to segmentation. 
    • To clearly articulate at what point campaign plans drive opportunity that require the them to act. 
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client marketing, including revenue growth. 
    • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and build relationships with clients and partners. 

    🤝️ You'll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a campaign-focused role.
    • Experience working cross functionally, particularly when it comes to product and client success teams.
    • Experience developing, running and executing campaigns end-to-end.
    • Proven success in growing revenue within existing accounts.
    • Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot or others).
    • A level of copywriting ability, to be able to confidently deliver a written message – whether that be for a customer facing communication, or a campaign brief (Being considerate of tone of voice, brand messaging etc).  

    Candidate attributes: 

    • The ability to digest ideas and information, and translate this to clearly mapped campaign plans that deliver against key goals.  
    • Comfortable executing against a plan, and working with key stakeholders to drive the goals of the Customer Marketing function (& surrounding teams).  
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
    • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail. 
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and message delivery. 
    • Leveraging a deep understanding of customer insights and market trends to drive results 
    • Comfortable working independently and remotely.  
    • Access to London for occasional in-person meetings preferred.
