Business Development Manager.
This role is crucial because it directly contributes to the company’s growth and success by building strong relationships with advertisers and driving sales.
What will you do:
- Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies
- Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently.
- Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.
- Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations.
- Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts.
- Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot.
- Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.
Requirements
Who you are:
- At least 4 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market.
- Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales.
- Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers.
- Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends.
- Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech
- Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization.
Languages proficiency:
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
