    Client Acquisition Manager role is crucial because it directly contributes to the company’s growth and success by building strong relationships with advertisers and driving sales.

    What will you do:

    • Work with Direct advertisers, performance agencies and Media agencies
    • Communicate product benefits within the digital technology and revenue ecosystem.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads, closing deals independently.
    • Accurately forecast new business and revenue growth.
    • Work with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives and manage client expectations.
    • Develop media plans to meet advertiser goals and negotiate contracts.
    • Report updates, feedback, and forecasts, consistently meeting revenue targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of activities using HubSpot.
    • Sell to media agencies, brands, ecommerce advertisers, and product owners.

    Requirements

    Who you are:

    • At least 5 years of sales experience in digital media in DACH market.
    • Have a strong desire and enthusiasm for sales.
    • Established connections with media agencies and direct advertisers.
    • Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic advertising, online marketing KPIs and industry trends.
    • Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from client interactions and data trends.

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience in performance marketing
    • Experience with AdTech/MarTech
    • Quick learner with excellent technical skills for campaign implementation and optimization.

    Languages proficiency:

    • Fluent English
    • Fluent German
