  • The role

    As a Tech Recruiter at Micropsi Industries, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing top talent to help us innovate and advance our AI-powered robot control system, MIRAI. You will work closely with hiring managers to identify exceptional candidates who will strengthen our teams across Automation Engineering, Software, Product and Research and Development. Your role will encompass managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to independently manage responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • From Job-Ad to Onboarding: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all tech-related positions, spanning various seniority levels, for our Berlin and US offices. 
    • Getting the Talent: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and attract high-quality technical candidates. 
    • First Chat: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.  
    • Be a partner: collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on hiring strategies and market trends. 
    • Employer Branding: Promote micropsi as an employer of choice through engaging job postings, social media presence, and participation in industry events. 
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
    • Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize the hiring process. 
    • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws. 

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting. 
    • Understanding of various technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical skills. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. 
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Knowledge on how to implement DE&I in the recruiting process 
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. 
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. 
    • Patience and resilience to BS.  

    Nice-to-Haves

    • Proficiency in German (B2 level). 
    • Track record of DE&I and or Employer Branding Projects you can talk about  
    • Professional certifications in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, CIR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
    • Industry knowledge in both recruiting for software and mechanical engineering 
    • Established network in the Berlin tech community
