The role
As a Graphic & Motion Design Working Student, you will play a crucial role in producing beautiful visual content that resonates with our target audience. We are looking for a candidate with skills in graphic design, motion design, and editorial design.
This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing software company developing important, cutting-edge technology at the intersection of AI and robotics.
Working closely with the creative director in the marketing team, you will make visuals that support the efforts of all Micropsi departments, ensuring they align with our visual identity guidelines and meet our professional standards.

Responsibilities
- Produce visual content such as infographics (static and motion), social media banners (static and motion), publications (print and digital), posters, event booths, and presentations
- Ensure your work will be delivered on time and demonstrate a zeal for elegance, precision, as well as boldness
- Help to govern the brand and keep our visual identity fresh and relevant
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in Illustrator, After Affects, Photoshop and InDesign
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage projects
- Students in a master's program for design will be favored
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with 3D, kinetic identities/typography, and/or generative design
- Experience with strategic branding
- Working-level knowledge of German
