Tasks
You will be specialising in shaping and communicating the our new category's narrative, leading strategic marketing initiatives aligned with category design principles.
- Category Creation – Develop and refine the brand narrative to position us as the leader of our new category.
- Market Strategy – Design and oversee an integrated marketing strategy that spans digital, event, PR, and social media.
- Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of market developments, adapting strategies to maximize impact.
- Leadership & Execution – Work cross-functionally to translate category design into marketing reality.
- Coordination of the company's presence at industry events, ensuring alignment with category messaging.
Requirements
You will be at the forefront of category design marketing, where you don’t just sell a product—you create an entirely new space. We believe the following will be helpful for that:
- You have a proven track record in strategic marketing, particularly in shaping brand narratives and launching new categories.
- You think in systems, not just campaigns—understanding how every marketing touchpoint connects.
- You’re obsessed with data-driven decision-making, adjusting in real-time to maximize impact.
- You thrive in high-growth environments, where bold moves define the market.
- You have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional initiatives.
