We are looking for a proactive and experienced Shop Manager (f/m/d) to oversee and optimize our Shopify-based store and bring our vision to live.

Tasks

As our Shop Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online store. Key responsibilities include:

Product Launches & Promotions: Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
Landing Page Creation & Optimization: Develop compelling landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Website Performance & Optimization: Improve site functionality, speed, and user experience by implementing e-commerce best practices.
A/B Testing & Data Analysis: Introduce and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize product pages, checkout flow, and marketing initiatives.
Marketing & SEO Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions, optimize product descriptions, and improve search rankings.
Shopify Management: Utilize Shopify tools and apps to streamline processes, enhance performance, and implement automation where possible.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Manager or Shop Manager in a Shopify-based store, preferably with multilingual stores.
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Dutch is a plus.
Strong understanding of Shopify's features, themes, and plugins.
Experience in launching new products, creating promotions, and managing Shopify themes.
Ability to build and optimize landing pages using Shopify and third-party tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
