Tasks

• You will be part of a small team and work directly with the founders. Your tasks will focus on performance marketing. You will be involved in creating new creatives, creating social media campaigns and analysing their performance.
• In this role, you will support us as founders in shaping and building a business from the ground up, overcoming absolutely every challenge along the way to achieve even seemingly impossible goals.

Requirements

• You are at an advanced stage of your studies with a relevant specialisation (e.g. marketing, psychology, media) and are interested in performance marketing.
• You enjoy working with data and have good analytical skills.
• You work in a structured and independent manner and are well organised.
• You have an affinity for fintechs and very good communication skills in German and English.
• You love to work in an agile way and have a "getting things done" mentality. You are driven by creativity, fresh ideas and curiosity about the latest technologies.
• You are available for at least 6 months and can contribute at least 15 hours per week during the semester.
