Tasks

Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity strategies for autonomous driving systems, ensuring compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 and other relevant standards.
Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses (TARA) to identify vulnerabilities and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into system architectures, software, and hardware.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices for the organization.
Implement and monitor security controls to ensure robust protection against cyber threats and attacks.
Participate in the validation and testing of cybersecurity measures, ensuring resilience against emerging threats.
Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve defense mechanisms.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
Provide training and awareness programs to educate internal teams on cybersecurity principles and practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering, particularly in automotive or embedded systems.
Strong knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UNR 155, and related cybersecurity regulations and standards.
Expertise in risk assessment, TARA, and vulnerability management methodologies.
Proficiency in security protocols, cryptography, and secure software development practices.
Familiarity with automotive networks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) and in-vehicle communication protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
