Managing Director - Forex Prop Trading Firm

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Managing Director to lead our firm into its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial industry, with significant experience in international marketing and market expansion. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and driving growth in both existing and new markets.

Tasks

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the firm, aligning all operations with the company’s long-term goals.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Oversee the daily operations of the firm, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the firm’s international marketing efforts, with a focus on expanding into new markets and increasing brand awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our global business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the firm's growth.
• Oversee the firm’s financial performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices across all markets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Set performance goals and objectives for the team, providing guidance and support to achieve them.
• Attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the industry to build a high-performing team.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and support.

Requirements

• A strong background in the financial industry, with a deep understanding of the prop trading sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in a director-level or equivalent senior leadership role, preferably within a prop trading firm, brokerage, or financial services company.
• Proven experience in international marketing and business development, with a track record of successful market expansion.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, trends, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Highly motivated with a strong ability to drive results and get things done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies effectively.
