Tasks

• Hire the strongest talent for challenging IT and Consulting positions
• Lead candidates through the full cycle of recruitment
• Actively contact talent using different channels
• Design Recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles
• Ensure an appreciative and professional candidate experience
• Design case studies and recruitment processes for a better candidate evaluation
• Develop employer branding and HR marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in IT or Consulting
• Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or within a comparable field
• Fluency in German and English
• Fast comprehension, effective communication and interest in technology and business
• Experience with headhunting and recruiting through active sourcing
