For our client, a successful manufacturing company in the hydraulics sector, we are currently looking for a System Engineer (all genders) for the location in North Rhine-Westphalia OR in the rhine-main area. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulic drivetrains, complete hydraulic systems, and measurement, control, and regulation technology.

Tasks
- Design and dimensioning of machinery, drive trains, and hydraulic systems
- Communicate calculations and estimations closely with other departments (e.g., sales or manufacturing)
- Powertrain simulation with AMESIM
- Pre-development of hydraulic systems and collaborative development of measurement, control, and regulation strategies
- Collaboration with international teams and on-site teams in China
- Participation in research projects with relevant institutes and research institutions
Requirements
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering (or similar) or completed vocational training as a technician, or equivalent qualification, is required
- Fluent English skills in speech and writing for internal communication
- Good German language skills
- System knowledge of entire hydraulic systems & expertise in electrical machines and/or entire hydraulic systems
- Broad experience with hydraulic components
- Initial experience in the industry
