Your role
As a Senior Sales/Business Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing growth opportunities at Munich Electrification. You will drive long-term revenue and profit growth by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. You will define processes and sales reporting and deal with profit and revenue forecasts for future projects. For the preparation of quotations, you will create effort-based calculations and process customer inquiries. Analytical and numerical work should not be challenging for you. You can expect a variety of tasks and intensive insights into an exciting business field.
Your future tasks at a glanceDevelopment of sales strategies for new products, customers and market fieldsHandling of customer inquiries regarding cost indications, as well as inquiries regarding technical and commercial aspects with cross-functional teamsIndependent support of customers in all administrative and organizational aspectsDefinition and alignment of the technical and commercial strategy for cost indications and offersPrepare and deliver compelling business proposals to potential customersPresent proposals and negotiate terms with clientsRepresentation of ME to customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsWhat you bring with youUniversity degree in the fields of international business management, engineering, industrial economics, business development, or comparable > 6 years sales experience, preferably in automotive or related industryAmbition and open-mindedness, structured way of working, service mentality as well as flexible and open way of thinking and interest in technologyHigh customer orientation & relationship managementStrong communication and team skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamResults-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectivesVery good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with CRM tools & SAPVery good skills in German and English, both written and spokenHigh degree of independence and organizational skills What we offer
