Aufgaben

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and COO, driving strategic initiatives, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring that our ambitious vision is executed effectively. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to contribute to scaling a transformative venture.

As Chief of Staff, you will:

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Collaborate with the CEO and COO as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and business planning.
Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and refine processes that enhance organizational efficiency and enable rapid scaling.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities and delivering on key milestones.
Communication and Coordination: Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on objectives.
Market Insights: Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and provide insights to inform strategy and partnerships.
Team Enablement: Support leadership in building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while fostering talent development.
Investor Relations: Assist in preparing materials and communications for investors, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.

Qualifikation

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Work experience: 3+ years; strong commercial profile with affinity to deep-tech topics.
Industry expertise: Experience in industrial bioeconomy or (bio-)chemical industries advantageous but not required; the same for our target markets personal care & cosmetics, home care, agriculture and food/feed, etc.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to turn insights into action.
Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
Drive: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
