What awaits you at Mynaric
As a working student in Business Services in Mynaric, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to various business support functions, whilst accelerating your growth in the Business Services domain!
To help you gain exposure in the various business services fields, you will provide support to various departments in the business support functions, as and when the need is there, whilst ensuring you get the maximum exposure from all departments. You will:
- Support our HR Team in various aspects of HR: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Reward
- Support our Controlling Team with obtaining and compiling various reports
- Support our Finance Team in processing and capturing invoices
- Support our Legal Team in reviewing standard contracts and connecting departments
- Support our Communications Team with events and internal communication
- Support our Sales and Business Development Team with presentations
- Support our Office and Facility Management Team with organisational support
What you bring with you
- You are an enrolled student majoring in human resources or business administration or comparable
- Ideally, you already have some practical work experience
- You are confident in using the current MS Office tools
- You are characterized by your ability to work independently and your high level of motivation
- You have strong communication skills
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You are able to work from our offices in Freiham
- You are looking for an fixed-term role between 3-6 months - part-time or full-time
