We are looking for a motivated Working Student - Office Management to support our team at our offices in Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities by managing various office tasks and assisting with essential administrative responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure smooth communication workflows
- Oversee office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked, and contribute to creating a clean, functional, and welcoming workspace
- Assist the HR Department with screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Coordination of Facility – and Operations requests
- Assist in managing the front-office, including welcoming guests and providing employee support
- Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms
- Provide versatile support across various Office Management functions and initiatives as needed, contributing to the department's overall efficiency
What you bring with you
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in university in Germany
- Availability to work 20 hours per week and be at the office at least 2-3 times per week
- You have strong communication skills
- You have a very good command of German and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Availability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities: willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
- A make-it-happen attitude!
