  • To support our IT Services team we are searching for a Senior Identity and Access Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

    Tasks

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Implement, configure, upgrade, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
    • Design and enforce IAM models (RBAC, ABAC) to enhance security and efficiency
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM-related business needs, including Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    • Automate IAM workflows and integrate them with enterprise applications
    • Manage OneLogin implementations, including SSO, authentication policies, and user provisioning
    • Perform One Identity Manager upgrades, ensuring minimal business disruption
    • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for IAM data management
    • Provide technical documentation, training, and support to internal teams

    Requirements

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years of experience in IAM solutions within an enterprise environment
    • Experience with One Identity Manager (Quest) is a strong plus
    • Proficiency in on-premise, hybrid, and cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
    • Hands-on experience with OneLogin (SSO, authentication policies, API integrations)
    • VB.NET proficiency for scripting within One Identity Manager
    • Expertise in SQL, including query optimization and database design for IAM
    • Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, API-based integrations)
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Fluent in English; German is a plus
