We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who wants to join and lead our team that researches, develops and maintains features our biggest users are willing to pay for.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at n8n, you will

• Design, build, test, and ship new enterprise feature

• Make informed tradeoffs that balance business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

• Take responsibility proactively for the long-term code quality and frontend architecture, taking into account the need for security, scalability, performance and automation
• Be a part of our engineering team, coordinating closely with backend engineers to build features that seamlessly integrate together
• Work closely with cross-functional team members (product managers, designers), along with the founder and senior management to help drive further growth of the company

Requirements

• Strong front-end experience ideally working with Vue.js and Typescript

• You prioritize straightforward solutions and designs over intricate ones and have a strong sense of what will be durable and scalable.
• Skilled in developing scalable, resilient, and observable systems with a solid understanding of frontend UX best practices.

• You're curious and deeply care about the end user (super important)
• You're humble, kind, and are open to feedback (super duper important)
• Comfortable with end-to-end development in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Cypress
• Able to be proactive in identifying and solving problems independently and efficiently

This role can be done from anywhere within Europe. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work. Our company language is English.
