Senior Finance Manager (all genders)

Your Role

In this role, you’ll be working on the company’s finance topics from the highest strategic level down to the operative details. You can expect to work hands-on yet use your brain to its full extent to play your part in facilitating the future growth of the company. You'll be part of our wonderful finance department yet work cross-functionally with other teams, such as tech, data, marketing, and sales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take over a wide range of financial activities such as controlling, accounting, and reporting and continue to build and improve all-things-Finance in the company
• Act as a finance business partner to our Management and to our functional teams in Sales, Business Development, Operations, Marketing, Product, IT & Data – to support their decision-making
• Develop business plans, support our M&A activities as well as our plans for further internationalization
• Further improve the level of financial transparency & planning through budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting
• Streamline and own invoicing and accounting in close collaboration with several teams and our tax advisor
• Overall improve our effectiveness and efficiency through smart use of automation, data and 3rd party tools

What You'll Need

• You have a university degree, ideally in Finance, Business, Accounting, or similar
• You have experience as a Finance Generalist, owning the full range of Finance topics
• You are a team player and strong communicator (in German and English at a C1 level or better)
• You are highly analytical in your thinking and have experience with financial modeling
• You speak the language of the business and build strong relationships with the leadership team, continuously raising awareness for financial literacy and pushing for entrepreneurial thinking when budgeting
