Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Tasks
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints through various communication channels.
- Process sales and purchase orders, modifications, shipments, and warehouse instructions.
- Coordinate product imports and manage customer feedback.
- Issue Sales Order Confirmations and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Track and follow up on shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining records of all customer interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including procurement and demand planning, to ensure smooth order processing.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards in collaboration with the quality unit.
- Report on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and customer service software (e.g., SAP, SAGE, SQL, TMS tools).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to stay calm and composed when handling challenging customer situations.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
