  • The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations for the German entities within the organization. This role includes managing HR projects, acting as a key HR reference, and handling HR development activities such as recruitment, training, skills development, mobility, and performance review follow-ups.

    Aufgaben

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main contact for local HR matters across multiple sites, managing HR inquiries and issues.
    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and consistency.
    • Foster a collaborative work environment and actively promote the organization's culture.
    • Align local HR practices with the company’s business objectives and design HR strategies accordingly.

    Project Management:

    • Lead HR projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related project queries and issues, facilitating team communication.

    Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent.
    • Manage the full recruitment process, including niche roles.
    • Oversee onboarding processes for smooth integration of new employees.

    Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and competencies.
    • Oversee company-wide implementation of training initiatives.

    Performance Management:

    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and professional interviews.
    • Provide guidance for career development and internal mobility opportunities.

    Communication and Confidentiality:

    • Ensure effective communication across the organization and maintain relations with the works council.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
      Build strong relationships and serve as a proactive problem-solver.

    Qualifikation

    Education & Experience:

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate group environment.
    • Strong project management skills and experience as an HR reference.
    • Proven expertise in HR development (recruitment, training, skills development, mobility, and professional interview follow-ups).
    • Proficiency in professional English.

    Required Skills:

    • Experience in multinational or large industrial environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency with HR software systems (knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, influential leadership, and clear communication abilities.
    • Ability to foster team cohesion and act as an ambassador for company culture.

    Business Travel:
    This position requires travel, particularly to Hamburg.

    Benefits

    • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

    • Compensation Package: Plus a 5% corporate target bonus.
