We’re looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Lead Generation Team. This role will go beyond just generating leads — you’ll play a pivotal part in our long-term business growth by driving high-quality leads into the sales pipeline and redefining how we engage and target our audience.This is a strategic role with ample room for creativity, innovation, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact .
Tasks
- Designing and implementing strategies to attract and convert high-value B2B prospects
- Manage global email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, including drip campaigns, segmentation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Plan and execute gated content strategies (eBooks, white papers, reports, webinars) to capture leads
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts and optimize enterprise landing pages for improved performance and user experience
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and analyze web analytics using tools like Matomo, Matomo Tag Manager, and UTM tracking to assess campaign performance
- Track and analyze enterprise marketing metrics and KPIs, including MQL, SAL, CPL and pipeline velocity to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation marketing, ideally within global Software, SaaS or B2B environments
- Extensive experience with automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive)
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including C-level messaging, public sector narratives, and case study development
- Strong ability to leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to drive data-driven decision making and guide strategic actions.
