Beyond smart job distribution, we optimize the entire hiring process by automating job postings, improving the candidate experience, and integrating directly into applicant tracking systems (ATS). Now, we’re looking for a passionate frontend developer to help create a seamless and intuitive user experience!
Tasks
- Develop and improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our platform.
- Build responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js (React) and Tailwind CSS.
- Work closely with designers and backend developers to create a seamless experience.
- Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement interactive components, animations, and micro-interactions.
- Learn from experienced engineers and gain real-world startup experience
Requirements
- You’re currently studying Computer Science, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Some experience with Next.js (React, TypeScript) and Tailwind CSS – even from personal projects!
- Passion for beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Understanding of responsive design, CSS frameworks, and frontend performance optimization.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, state management, and component-driven development is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative in a startup environment
