The role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead our internal AI community initiatives and facilitate strategic customer and partner feedback projects. In this role, you will foster a culture of AI learning and innovation, ensuring compliance with the EU AI Act while enabling skill development tailored to different job profiles. You will also play a key role in aligning internal efforts with external feedback to drive impactful collaboration and continuous improvement in AI-related initiatives.
Your Mission
- Build and manage an internal AI community with the goal to foster knowledge exchange, quality standards and an innovation culture
- Develop tailored AI training programs that support EU AI Act compliance and meet regulatory standards
- Design and manage comprehensive feedback loops with strategic customers and partners, collaborating across departments to focus on multi-topic engagements at senior management level.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions to showcase NFON's AI capabilities, gather insights, and ensure feedback integration into AI strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align internal AI community initiatives and external engagement projects with broader company objectives.
- Serve as a coordinator between internal teams and external stakeholders for AI-driven projects and feedback cycles.
Your profile
- 5+ years in software industry, focusing on AI-related topics (i.E. machine learning, data science, or AI applications).
- Proven experience in cross-functional project management and community-building
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/ non-technical audiences and collaboration with internal teams in german (min. C1) and english
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Solid understanding of cloud and AI technologies, with technical background
- Familiarity with AI regulatory landscape (e.g., EU AI Act)
