Your new job

As a working student (f/m/d) in the People Development department at NFON, you will support the design of training paths and the creation of role and function descriptions that are implemented in accordance to ISO requirements. You will actively shape the development and expansion of our Learning & Development strategy and contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs tailored to the different needs of departments and levels. In this role, you will make an important impact on the further development of our company's learning strategy and contribute to the continuous development of our employee

Your Mission

Contribute to the design of development paths and the creation of role and function descriptions
Co-development of salary bands based on performance and market analysis and to ensure fair compensation practices
Supporting the establishment and further development of our Learning & Development strategy
Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs
Actively help shape our learning strategy and contribute to the continuous development of our employees

Your profile

You are currently studying business administration, human resources management or a comparable field of study
You are interested in personnel development and organizational structures
Your way of working is analytical and structured
You are a real team player and are looking forward to helping shape the People Development department in a pleasant and open atmosphere
You enjoy learning and independently familiarizing yourself with new topics
You are fluent in German and English
