Your mission

You are the first point of contact for candidates, view incoming applications and support them throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
You coordinate job interviews with hiring managers and accompany them during initial interviews (online).
You create and publish job adverts and attract suitable talent through active sourcing.
You support employees during the onboarding and offboarding process and ensure a smooth entry and exit.
You maintain our personnel files and data in our HRIS (Personio).
You will support us in the administration and creation of employment contracts, change agreements and other certificates.
You optimise HR processes and contribute your own ideas to projects.
You will support us as a holiday replacement in preparatory payroll accounting.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree specialising in HR or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in HR, especially in recruiting and administration.
You are familiar with HRIS systems such as Personio and Google Workspace.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are communicative and feel comfortable dealing with applicants and employees.
You have a talent for organisation, set clear priorities and enjoy optimising processes.
You work reliably and discreetly and know how important accuracy is in HR.
You are a team player who can also work independently.
