Einleitung
To strengthen our product gameserver team, we are looking for a specialist for game integrations (software developer) (m/f/x) to start as soon as possible.
Your mission
Integration of new dedicated game servers into our existing game portfolio
Optimization of existing integrations through system analysis, bug fixing, performance tuning, and API integration
Scripting and automation of processes
Implementation of DevOps methods to improve our deployment processes
Identification and resolution of performance and stability issues of the game server application
Your profile
Several years of professional experience in software development, bonus points if in the field of dedicated game servers
In-depth knowledge of PHP
Good knowledge of one of the following languages: Ruby/Python/Go
Experience in solving problems using Bash / Powershell
Error diagnosis and debugging: Ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve issues in logs (e.g., using log management tools such as Splunk)
Databases and network analysis: Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) to identify bottlenecks
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot in complex environments
Team-oriented working style and cross-department communication skills
Bonus: Basic understanding and interest in gaming
Bonus: Interest in new developments in the field of DevOps and dedicated game servers
