We're seeking a Junior Quality Assurance for a leading telemedicine platform in Germany. As a Junior Product Manager – Focus Quality Assurance, you will help your team create innovative access to healthcare services and set new standards in telemedicine.
Your Role with Us:
- Collaborate with our developers and product managers to improve our product and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform manual and automated testing of our products to ensure quality.
- Create test plans for our web app and partner integrations.
- Conduct user tests to verify the functionality of individual UI elements and the performance of our application.
- Evaluate test results and document findings, including errors, in the form of tickets and test reports.
- Maintain bug councils/issue councils for our partner integrations.
- Support the maintenance of the product backlog.
- Communicate and prioritize issues and optimizations together with the product managers.
- Identify opportunities for automated testing and implement them.
Requirements
- Initial practical experience in product management, software testing, and/or quality assurance.
- A keen eye for detail and user experience.
- Motivation for continuous development and the ability to quickly adapt to new topics.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Passion for innovation and a strong sense of quality.
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with developers in agile software development and familiarity with quality assurance tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Firebase, Sentry, Datadog).
- Fluent German and good English skills are required.
