As a Associate Director, Brand Communications (f/m/d) you will drive our brand in line with the global strategy with a strong business mindset, ensuring brand strategy aligns with business performance
You will create marketing strategies & creative concepts and implement campaigns ensuring consistency in messaging while allowing for local adaptations
You will lead campaign implementation from end-to-end with your team and develop product communication strategies that are aligned with audience insights
You are passionate about creating a framework for maintaining brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all markets
You know which communication channels are up-to-date and with which content they should be used to get the most attention from the right target group
You will lead and mentor the brand communications team including social media, influencers and partnerships, while working cross-functionally to drive brand growth and impact
You will work closely with other stakeholders in the company and report directly to our management
Qualifikation
You have completed a BA or Master degree in marketing or business administration or a comparable field
You have at least 5 years of experience in brand management with experiences in brand strategy as well as brand marketing operations in the consumer goods or food, health sector across D2C and retail
You are analytical and data driven with clear understanding of KPIs and how they drive strategic decisions (Brand awareness, ROI, CLV…)
You have a strong leadership personality: Proven ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a growth mindset
You identify strongly with the product and can convincingly communicate our vision to the outside world
Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism and solution-orientated action are in your personal interest
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high capacity to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholder as well as external partners
You are creative, work proactively and a high degree of personal responsibility spurs you on
You are fluent in business communication in English and German. French is a big plus
