    ABOUT THE ROLE

    As a Connectivity Specialist (Corporate Channels), you will………

    • As part of the Distribution team, work closely with our Corporate Sales teams to execute the implementation of new corporate channels
    • Manage and maintain GDS connectivity for our portfolio of hotels
    • Onboard new properties on our existing corporate channels
    • Support the Corporate team on the RFP process from the system implementation side
    • Set up (launch) new properties and maintain existing ones
    • Research if issues appear and resolve them independently by contacting necessary parties (internal and external)

    Ideally, you:

    • Have experience working  with channel manager systems before and understand how connectivity works
    • Have experience working with GDS and corporate channels before and understand the set up process
    • Highly attentive to details 
    • Thrive in a collaborative environment , to coordinate tasks that involve different departments
    • Are curious to resolve system discrepancies and improve troubleshooting processes
    • Are a quick learner and can adapt to new tasks and situations easily
