Business Analyst in Purchasing & Logistics (German + English speaking)

Tasks

As a BUSINESS ANALYST you will support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes

• Manage data of customer projects: preparation/cleaning/plausibility checks & clarification with customers
• RFI / RFQ structure definition (columns, content, rules)
• Technical Set up & testing in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender
• Customer communication
• Data & process documentation
• Supplier Search/ Chasing / Support via phone & Mail (active & passive)
• Analysis of reasonable scenarios
• Awarding & Communication
• Monitoring & Controlling & Spot Updates during the year
• Reporting (internal & external)
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Manage customer requirements and support their development
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge
• E-Sourcing Solution Maintenance

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION

• minimum Job starter with 2-3 years experience
• Very Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot, vlookup. etc)
• Fluent in English
• German beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills - strong personal commiment
• procurement and/or supply chain experience (supplier or induytry)
• Result and quality orientation precise way of working
• High degree of customer service orientation
• Willingness and potential for learning and development (keep the company standards)
