We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimisation, coupled with a creative mindset to craft impactful campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution
- You will develop, execute, and manage paid advertising strategies across platforms mostly Meta and Google
- You plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROAS RI and achieve performance KPIs
- Performance Optimisation
- You will monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisations
- You perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance
- Analytics and Reporting
- You will create and present detailed performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- You track key upper and lower funnel metrics around cost, engagement and performance on campaign and segment level t
- Collaboration and Coordination
- You will work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Market Research and Innovation
- You will keep up to date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to ensure cutting-edge marketing approaches
- You get to experiment with new advertising formats, channels, and techniques to drive growth
- You can continuously evaluate and integrate automation tools, AI-driven optimisation, and advanced analytics platforms
Your profile
- Experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- You have a proven track record of managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta) with measurable success
- You have strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- You have excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- You have a degree or formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
