    THE ROLE As a working student supporting the People team, you will assist in various stages of the employee life cycle from onboarding new hires to managing employee records and designing and implementing people projects. Your role will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all of our colleagues.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the People team in day- to- day business (e.g. maintaining personnel files, data management in the HR system, preparation of documents)
    • Help in onboarding and offboarding of new employees
    • Maintaining our people software systems such as Personio and Leapsome
    • Work on People-related projects such as Training, Feedback & Development as well as DE & I

    Requirements

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING

    • You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master Degree
    • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (B2)
    • Familiar with common MS Office applications and G-Suite
    • Detail oriented and self-organized work style
    • You are a teamplayer and highly motivated to create a positive experience for our colleagues
    • You are interested in People software solutions and willing to learn
